Large and well airconditioned room with breakfast, favourable location very close to the main square. Paid usd 3224. The staff were super friendly and really friendly and the design was nice.

Early check-in, beautifully maintained rooms with balcony. Magnificent and perfect location right in the middle of the historic area, and 15 minute walk from Mejorada Park. And near walking distance from the main touristic attractions and the center of Mérida and many restaurants and shops.

The hotel was beautiful old and placed in a Colonial-style building. I loved the brand-new and well-maintained room and 2 double beds. The most important was the staff - KNOWLEDGEABLE and excellent people. The location was excellent and absolutely perfect, only 5 minutes walk to Main Square.

It was in a great location with Mejorada Park nearby.

Immaculately clean hotel in a very nice clean building near the Catedral, Palacio Gobiernor, and other important buildings around the Gran Plaza, and central Merida. Magnificent, stunning location right in the city center.

As a business traveler, I appreciated the helpful and friendly staff, such as Mario, Donaldo, Orlando. They went above and beyond to accommodate my needs and even found me a room with better lighting and access to fresh air. The location of the hotel was excellent, and the lobby was lovely, exuding a charming old-world character. The blackout curtains in my small but comfy room were a great feature, allowing me to get a good night's sleep. the hotel had a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and the people were incredibly friendly.

Felt right at home from the moment I arrived. No complaints whatsoever.

This hotel is a great value for money! The staff is friendly and provides excellent service. The location in the centro is perfect - close to the main square and many restaurants. The rooms are basic but clean and include a balcony. Plus, the breakfast included is a nice touch!
